Shipping & Fulfilment Policy
MNE Waste Management (PTY) LTD
Thank you for choosing MNE Waste Management. We provide nationwide delivery of medical waste products, VMMC kits, PPE, and fully compliant medical waste management services across South Africa.
This policy explains how orders are processed, verified, shipped, and fulfilled.
1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver nationwide across all 9 provinces in South Africa.
Medical waste collection services are also available nationwide, subject to compliance verification and operational feasibility.
2. Order Processing & Fulfilment Times
All orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding national public holidays. Processing times depend on product type, stock availability, and verification requirements.
2.1 Medical Waste Products & Services
General medical waste items (e.g., sharps bins, biohazard boxes, liners) require compliance verification before fulfilment.
Processing & Verification Timeline
-
2–3 business days for business and compliance verification
-
1–5 business days to deliver the first medical waste order after verification
-
We always prioritize fast processing
Western Cape Clients – Mandatory IPWIS Certificate
All clients located in the Western Cape must submit a valid IPWIS Certificate.
Orders and collections will only be released once this documentation is received and approved.
Notifications (Instead of Tracking Numbers)
Medical waste orders do not yet include courier tracking numbers, as deliveries are completed through regulated medical waste logistics partners.
However, clients receive real-time notifications at each stage:
-
Verification updates
-
Order preparation
-
Dispatch confirmation
-
Scheduled collection date & time
-
Service reminders (where applicable)
This ensures full transparency for compliance-driven products.
2.2 VMMC Kits (Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision Kits)
VMMC kits require careful preparation, quality control, and component checks.
Processing Times
-
Small quantities: up to 15 business days
-
Bulk orders: 2–6 weeks, depending on volume and component availability
Clients will receive updates throughout the preparation process.
2.3 PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Fulfilment times for PPE depend on stock levels and supplier lead times.
Processing Times
-
Standard orders: 2–7 business days
-
Bulk PPE orders: 2–4 weeks
If any items are unavailable, our team will notify you immediately with alternatives or revised timelines.
3. Split Orders
Because some items require different preparation times:
-
Your order may ship in multiple parts
-
Service-related items (e.g., waste collection bins) may be fulfilled separately
-
VMMC kits, PPE, and medical waste items may arrive at different times
You will be notified as each part is processed and dispatched.
4. Verification Requirements
Orders may be delayed or placed on hold if compliance documents are missing, including:
-
Business registration details
-
Practice information
-
IPWIS Certificates (for Western Cape)
-
Any other documentation required by law
MNE Waste Management is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or pending verification.
5. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on:
-
Order weight
-
Delivery address
-
Courier availability
We use trusted national carriers and specialised medical waste partners to ensure compliant and secure delivery.
6. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
